Recruiting Team Leaders

Currently searching for 2 team leaders to head their own teams to compete in ESL.
Requirements:
1) Must be mature, own ventrillo, and a microphone.
2) Must be able to organize practices for your team as well as premades for other players.
3) Must be able to keep the ventrillo running smoothly and not abuse any powers.
4) Must be a good player with good leadership who can push his team to win.
